2.2 One Account Per Person
Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be suspended and any remaining balance and bonuses may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
The name, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be complete, truthful, and up to date. If any discrepancy is found, documents may be requested for verification.
2.4 Account Security
Keeping the account password and login details confidential is the user's own responsibility. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account, whether authorized or not.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Payment Methods
jaya9 currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
3.2 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase if a security check is required.
3.3 Verification Process

3.4 Withdrawal to the Same Payment Method

Bonus and Promotional Offer Rules
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit to a new account, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
4.2 Bonus Earning Conditions
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly under any circumstances — until wagering is complete.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- A bonus applies only to the deposit made within the designated claim period for that bonus.
- If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
4.3 Other Promotional Offers
jaya9's weekly reload, slot festival, cricket celebration, birthday reward, and friend referral offers, along with other promotions, each come with their own wagering requirements and validity periods. jaya9 may change or discontinue any promotion at any time.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
Attempting to abuse the bonus system — through multiple accounts or coordinated betting to meet bonus requirements — may result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and closure of the account.
Gaming and Betting Rules
5.1 Game Outcomes
The results of all slots and casino games on jaya9 are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). Any attempt to alter game outcomes by external means is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Sports Betting
For sports bets, wins and losses are calculated based on the official result of the scheduled match. If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, jaya9's decision regarding the related bet will be considered final.
5.3 Technical Errors
If a game session is left incomplete due to a server interruption, network issue, or technical error, jaya9 may cancel the bet for that round and return the original amount. jaya9 reserves the right to void any winnings from a faulty round.
5.4 Suspicious Activity
Using bots, software-assisted betting, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage will result in the account being investigated. The account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

6.1 Self-Exclusion

It is the account holder's responsibility to prevent minors from accessing their device or account. If evidence of use by a minor is found, the account will be closed and the balance placed under legal review.

Weekly cashback is given on the total net loss for the week (total lost minus total won) at the applicable rate. Example: a Gold tier member with a ৳20,000 net loss in a week receives up to ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.
8.2 Changes to VIP Benefits
jaya9 reserves the right to change any VIP benefit, cashback rate, or reward structure with or without prior notice. The current VIP terms always follow the version displayed on the platform.
8.3 Reward Transferability
VIP cashback and other rewards are personal and non-transferable — transferring or selling them to another user is prohibited.
Account Suspension or Closure Authority
jaya9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following situations:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms.
- Registering with false information or attempting to avoid identity verification.
- Using fraudulent methods, bots, or software on the platform.
- Evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Confirmed registration by someone under 21 years of age.
9.1 Balance Refund
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Valid deposit balances may be returned after the investigation is complete, though this is not guaranteed.

11.1 Service Availability
jaya9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or unavoidable reasons. jaya9 will not be liable for any financial loss or missed bets due to such interruptions.
11.2 Third-Party Links
If the platform contains links to third-party sites, jaya9 is not responsible for the content, services, or policies of those sites.
11.3 Changes to Terms
jaya9 may change these Terms at any time. Revised Terms are effective from the date they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
11.4 Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
11.5 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between jaya9 and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this document.
